Dr. Barae Dukhan is a seasoned professional in Islamic economics and finance. He earned his PhD in Islamic Economics and Finance from Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University, where he also serves as the Head of the Islamic Finance and Economics Graduates Club. Since December 2012, Dr. Dukhan has been a senior executive in excellence and quality at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry, leading the Internal Assessment Team to enhance the Dubai Government Excellence Program. His prior roles include senior specialist at the Roads and Transport Authority and organizational excellence development specialist at the Department of Economic Development, Government of Dubai. Dr. Dukhan also holds a master’s degree in quality management from University of Wollongong in Dubai and a Bachelor of Science in food engineering from Middle East Technical University.
